Using this website

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, booking accounts or fields for card details. Its images and scripts are served by the website itself. The hosting provider may process technical access information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.

Preparing an enquiry

The enquiry form creates a message in your browser. Its contents are not submitted to a website database. If you choose “Open WhatsApp”, the message is included in a link to WhatsApp and passed to that service or app. “Open text message” and “Open email” pass it to your device’s messaging or email application. Opening a service may share the draft with that provider; you decide whether to send it to the owner. Copying or saving the message is handled on your device.

Contacting the owner

If you send a WhatsApp message, text or email, or call, the owner receives the information you choose to share and uses it to respond to your accommodation enquiry and, if agreed, arrange a booking. WhatsApp, your mobile network or your email provider may also process that communication under its own terms. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

For a question about your enquiry or a request to correct or delete information, email info@eastern.london or call 020 7043 7398. Information needed for a booking, accounting or another legal obligation may need to be retained; the owner will explain the relevant details.

Paying through PayPal

After you receive a confirmed written quote, you can use the payment page to pay the agreed amount through PayPal. PayPal processes your payment and handles your payment details under its own privacy notice. The owner uses the transaction information and booking reference to check the payment against your quote. This website does not collect card details or automatically verify payments.

Links to maps, transport and local guides take you to other providers. Their own privacy notices apply when you visit them.
